Registration Fees and Benefits

ICIP 2022 will be a hybrid conference allowing all registrants to choose to attend the event virtually or in-person. 

The in-person experience brings our community together but also must support the traditional costs associated with face-to-face events like space rental, catering, and increased audiovisual needs, such as bringing the content to our virtual users via broadcasting and streaming services. As a result, the author’s registration fees will be set equally regardless of attendance type.

Author and In-Person Participation

Opening date of the registration system: July 28th, 2022.
Author Registration Deadline: August 1st, 2022,  August 10th, 2022.
(Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one non-student registration by 10 August 2022, and one non-student registration can cover up to four papers)
Non-Author Advance Registration Deadline: August 15th, 2022

Author Full Conference Access to all ICIP 2022 technical sessions in person and in the virtual conference platforms, virtual poster presentations and on-demand prerecorded video presentations, welcome reception, breaks, virtual and physical exhibits, and one copy of the electronic proceedings. Free access to the Bordeaux public transport network will be offered to in-person attendees. The ticket will be delivered at the conference registration desk and will be valid from 16-21 October.
Please note that Lunch, Gala, Tutorials, and Education Short Courses registration are at an additional cost.		 Access to all ICIP 2022 technical sessions, virtual conference platforms, virtual poster presentations and on-demand prerecorded video presentations, networking breaks, virtual exhibits, and one copy of the electronic proceedings.
